Every organ and system in a woman’s body is affected by pregnancy. We focus on breathing, pelvic floor muscles, mindfulness, alignment, and stability, will assist and support women through each trimester and post pregnancy. Sessions include use of the balance ball, Pilates Chair, Cadillac and Reformer. 

(We may recommend acupuncture, release work and stretching techniques and also provide a personal Pilates-based home exercise program to help you more quickly adopt new movement patterns.)
